If you are up to the challenge, you would be UBIK’s master of:


  • Understanding electrical installations and microgrid technical aspects, customer problems and needs, offering possible solutions and value creation as microgrid project manager and concept developer;

  • Being responsible of project negotiations with partners, project preparation, development and execution;

  • New product line development and implementation into microgrid level, technical documentation creation and management;

  • Coordinating team efforts, binding together customer needs, cost-conscious development and project management.

Sounds interesting? You are who we're looking for if you have:


  • Technical background in electronics or electrical engineering, project management and product development;

  • Understanding the principles and peculiarities of both AC and DC electrical installations;

  • Understanding of value engineering and project management principles;

  • Knowledge of general business processes;

  • Good communication and negotiation skills, high level of English is required;

  • Ability to think out of the box and dare to make new things happen.


In addition, it would be useful to have:


  • At least B-class electricity engineering certificate, plus knowledge of electric grid regulations and standards;

  • Willingness to manage the projects outside of Estonia (mostly in EU region);

  • Experience and understanding of contract drafting and negotiations.
